New Delhi: Armed people illuminate the broker’s house and loot cash and jewelry worth several lakh after holding a family on Wednesday afternoon at Uttam Nagar at West Delhi.
The incident, which took place around 14:15 on Wednesday, was arrested on a CCTV camera installed at home.
A FIR has been submitted and many teams are formed to capture robbers.
The crime branch has also been issued to investigate this case.
The owner of the house, Vinod, went to work and his wife, Seema, Mother, Brother-in-law Sachin, and two four and three children were at home.
The police suspect that people in may have talked about robbers when the target house is located on the fourth floor of the building.
The robbers seem to have the right idea of location and family members.
CCTV recordings show robbers, who wear masks and helmets, come to the house in two scooters.
One of them was running the doorbell and when the wife of the entrepreneur opened the door, he claimed to be from the electricity department and said that he had come to fix errors.
He then entered the flat and flashed his gun at Seema asking him to return.
The recording showed Seema who was scared again even when his daughter began to cry.
The four robbers then broke into the house.
While one of them looks waving a gun, the other, wearing a helmet, flashing a large knife in children and Sachin.
He defeated Sachin and tied his hand behind using a cassette.
The robber asked him to lie on the floor with his head down and warned others not to increase the alarm.
The criminals then went to other rooms from flats and ransacked them for the next 30 minutes.
They also made Seema open electronic safes and take cash stored in it.
PCR got a call about the incident at 3.42 BC and a team immediately rushed to the place.
The Forensic Team analyzed CCTV places and recordings circulated among the police for identification of robbers.
Entrepreneurs were asked about business agreements and people who had visited their homes.
Domestic helpers, memo dealers and vegetable vendors were also questioned.
Records from CCTV cameras from various regions are obtained to ensure where criminals can escape.
