For days, the team ‘Haseen Dillruba’ has traveled around saying that they almost left with several heroes other than Taudaree Pannu for the role of Rani Kashyap, but they did not reveal the name.
From the Etimes who had heard, the actress in running was the Kriti Sanon.
Buzz is that one of the filmmaker, Aanand L Rai, is interested in carrying out critics.

We heard the producer – the director had talked with the manmarziyaan ‘and he was fine with it but for some reason, Rai then spoke with the criti.
We further heard that the criticity liked the story when he first heard it, but after Rai was almost sure that he was Rani Kashyap, the criti had the second thought.
It was said that the criti was worried about the role demanding to be rather brave on the screen.
Some changes were then made in scripts as natural developments and consequently, TaitSee liked the role he would experiment with, and who was so unlike the previous avatar.
Whether the maker approaches others after the kriti is also unknown.
