Agra: Depression pushed the police police here to take his own life, officials said on Friday.
Sushil Kumar (28) was praised from Aligarh and lived in the shahganj area here.
He hung himself to death in rented accommodation on Thursday.
On Friday morning, when there was no movement in his room, the owner looked through the window and found it depending on the ceiling fan.
The police reached the place and restored the body by breaking through the door.
In a suicide record, he said “depression” was the reason for the extreme step, Rakesh Chauhan, incharge at the Shahganj police station, said, adding a body sent to Postmortem.
