JAMMU: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday filed a chargesheet from three Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists at a 2019 case associated with a conspiracy to renew terrorism in Kishtwar area of Jammu and Kashmir, an official said.
The chargesheet from Jaffer Hussain and Taraq Hussain Giri at Kishtwar and Tanveer Ahmad Malik was registered before a particular court in Jammu, an NIA spokesperson stated.
He said fees could be abated from three murdered Hizbul terrorists, including Osama Bin Javed, Haroon Abbas Wani and Zahid Hussain due to their participation in terror-related events in the Doda-Kishtwar belt.
