Hyderabad: Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad, which is closed for visitors because of the spread of Covid-19, will be reopened from July 11.
Visitors to the zoo must be strictly following the Covid-19 protocol as approved by the Head of Telangana Wildlife.
, said the zoo on Friday.
The Covid-19 protocol makes it mandatory for all visitors to undergo thermal screening at the entry point.
“Visitors with cold symptoms and fever will not be allowed to enter the zoo.
Also, children under 10 years and adults over 65 years are advised to avoid visiting zoos especially on weekends and national holidays,” a statement issued by the zoo authority.
The zoo authority says all trenches are open except for some facilities, including safari park complexes, nocturnal animal houses, reptile houses, aquariums, fossil museums, and natural history museums, which will remain closed until further orders.
