NEW DELHI: India has set a list of running the maximum Covid-19 testing in one afternoon with over 21.23 lakh brand new evaluations that the Union health ministry said on Sunday.
This is also the fifth consecutive day that over 20 lakh evaluations have been conducted in India, ” it stated
Cumulatively, 21,23,782 tests ran have been conducted from the previous 24 hours from the nation.
The ministry also stated that the accumulative amount of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered at the nation surpassed 19.50 crore on Sunday.
“A total of 19,50,04,184 vaccine doses are administered during 28,00,808 sessions, according to the provisional report until 7 am now,” it stated.
“These comprise 97,52,900 HCWs who’ve accepted the 1st dose and 67,00,614 HCWs who’ve obtained the 2nd dose, 1,49,52,345 FLWs (1st dose), 83,26,534 FLWs (2nd dose), 99,93,908 inheritance beneath 18-44 age class (1st dose), 6,06,90,560 (1st dose) and also 97,87,289 (2nd dose) beneficiaries aged 45 to 60 decades and 5,65,55,558 very first dose inheritance and 1,82,44,476 next dose beneficiaries of over 60 years old,” the ministry stated.
The Daily Positivity Rate has dropped to 11.34 percent and India’s total active caseload has dropped into 28,05,399 on Sunday.
“A web reduction of 1,18,001 is seen in the previous 24 hours.
It currently comprises 10.57 percent of the nation’s total positive instances.
Seven countries cumulatively accounts for 66.88 percent of India’s total active circumstances,” the ministry said in a statement.
