Ahmedabad: The father of a 14-year-old girl from the area of Asarwa on Saturday filed a complaint to the police Meghaninagar accused her daughter had been raped and attacked by their neighbors for 2 July when she was in Rajasthan for some work, and the elderly mother and two sons challenged Mentally – the sister, at home.
The victim was a 7th grade dropout and his mother died during his sister’s delivery about 12 years ago.
The man, who sold papad to get his livelihood, said that he had gone to Sirohi in Rajasthan as one of his relatives died in July 1.
He returned to town on July 2 and found his daughter sad, depressed and did not communicate.
On Saturday morning, when a complainant brother visited his house, he talked about his daughter’s behavior and he asked him about his health.
“When my sister asked if something was wrong with her, my daughter broke down and told her that our neighbor if Patni, 30, had raped her when I went to Sirohi,” he said in FIR.
When he tried to fight, he had beat him mercilessly on his back because he continued to suffer back pain and severe pain in his lower stomach, he added his father in FIR.
The girl was treated in a civil hospital in the Asarawa area where she was treated for injury.
