Thane: A total of 1,209 riders faced action from Thane traffic police because it modified the reducer and 490-faced music to install pressure horns on the last bicycle.
Traffic police have launched a special drive to modify reducer and in an effort to curb voice pollution produced by vehicles.

Simultaneously, the action was taken at 1.209 the modified reducer from which 899 reducer was moved in place.
