New Delhi: Former member of the Ishrat Congress Board of Jahan, was arrested under the ACT of the Long Activities (UFA), on Monday seeking guarantees in the case of the Northeast Delhi riot conspiracy, asked the court that was wrong to have political affiliates.
“There is no evidence.
Is it wrong to have political affiliates? What’s wrong I have done? The sound that hinders is the reason behind the impressive UPA.
UPA must be studied,” said Advocate Pradeep Teotia, appeared for Ishrat Jakti session Amitabh.
Ishrat Jahan has served as a member of the Congress Council from 2012-17 and has been a member of the Indian Congress Committee (AICC), according to his sister Sarwer Jahan.
Teotia argues plea guarantees for her on the grounds that there is no evidence to show its relationship with co-accus and that witnesses are planted.
During the trial process, advocate objected to the accusation of prosecution that Ishrat Jahan helped finance protests and violence, by saying that they had just weaved a story and that there were no changes in their expenditure patterns before and during violence.
Meanwhile, the Special Prosecutor Special Amit Prasad requested that the supply of videos relied on by the accused of advice.
Further judges will hear this problem on July 23.
Ishrat Jahan, along with several others has been ordered under the anti-terror law in this case and they were accused of being “mastermind” from Violence February 2020, who had left 53 dead and more than 700 injured.
This is the first time the defendant has been seeking regular guarantees in this matter.
In November last year, the court denied temporary guarantees for him to consider gravity violations including those submitted under UPA.
Previously, Ishrat Jahan was given a temporary guarantee for 10 days to get married and directed so as not to damage the evidence or influence the witnesses.
Jahan marriage has been repaired for June 12, 20.

The Delhi High Court has recently provided guarantees to land, narwal and kalita in this case, saying the country blurs the line between the right to protest and terrorist activities with anxiety to reduce differences of opinion.
