New Delhi: There is an Ingress by Chinese forces in Demchok in Ladakh to protest the celebration of Tibetan Religious Dalai Lama in the villages of India.
Chinese intruders, according to reports, crossed the Indus to the Indian side to display Chinese banners and flags.
Most Buddhists in Ladakh hold the Dalai Lama in respect and his winter palace near Leh is stored in a constant state of readiness.
Indian soldiers refused to comment on the incident.
This intrusion is not considered serious but is part of the Prick Pin China tactic in the region.
Chinese people prevent Indian patrols in several parts of the Demchok area and this is part of the jammed Indian-Chinese military talks.
The latest incident occurred on July 6 at Doley Tango near Koyul, about 30 km southeast of Demchok.
According to reports, Chinese, consisting of army personnel and civilians, came in five vehicles and raised banners near the village community center where Dalai Lama’s birthday was being celebrated.
While the celebration took place, Chinese people guarded Vigil from a distance and expressed their objections.
Quoting officials, the report said Chinese troops live in the Indian region for about 30 minutes.
China’s Iritability over the Dalai Lama is always spoken and the decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to summon Tibetan leaders and welcome him on his 86th birthday will not be well received in Beijing.
In a tweet on Tuesday, PM Narendra Modi said, “Speaking on the phone with his holiness @DalaiLama to deliver greetings on his 86th birthday.
We hope he lives long and healthy.” The Indian government also did not expect China On the 100th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party.
India and China’s side remain involved in non-developed talks after reciprocal withdrawals in the Pangong Tso region in Ladakh.
