NU students who are happy to get medals in the real world

Nagpur: Students who physically cannot attend the 108th Nagpur University convocation ceremony conducted on July 9 because Covid restrictions were examined to get their medals and prizes at the ceremony held on Monday.
NU has decided to submit a degree and PhD to students physically from July 12 to 16.
Students are called to the NU Convocation Room in two batches.
The first batch was called from 11:00 to 13:00 and the second from 1.30 afternoon until 3:30.
Even though there are restrictions, students enjoy whatever time they have.
TI students spoke to express their happiness when they received their medals from the Vice Chancellor of Pro-VC, and other officials.
Pallavi Mohurle, who completes the PG in zoology and gets first ranked in one of the subjects, said, “It is an honor to receive a medal from VC.
I am happy to receive this medal physically and not online.” Aisha Sheikh, another PG Zoologue student Securing third place in one of the subjects, said, “The great feeling to attend the convocation ceremony.
We almost lost all the hopes of this to happen.
I hope students from next year can attend the convocation ceremony without fear of viruses.” Swati Mane, Students Another Zoology PG, call it a very special day in his life.
“Even though it follows the rules about the physical distance and wears a mask, it is a beautiful feeling,” he said.
It was worth waiting for Suraj Ukey, the Top Ranker Zoological PG among boys.
“I feel proud to accept this medal,” he said.
A PG mechanical engineering student from Anjuman College, Dilip Shrivastava, said the virtual ceremony could not give the same joy while attending a ceremony held in the real world.
