Chandigarh: Former Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hood has transferred Punjab and Haryana High Court, questioned the recent orders that were passed by the Special Ed Judge who signaled the accusation of the accusation in the plot Limited Limited (AJL) Panchkula (AJL) cases of allotment.
Making Order July 5 Panchkula Court as “very arbitrary and unpleasant”, Hoba has argued that Judge Ed Panchkula Special “has decided to frame the accusation in the case” and he has “great worries on the trial of justice” remembering this situation.

Hoba also looked for directions to put aside ED FIR against it in connection with the allotment of the plot to AJL in Panchkula.
