Iran reported 23,655 new Covid-19 cases

Tehran: Iran reported on Thursday 23,655 new Covid-19 cases, a new diary in the last three months, took the total state infection to 3,464,055.
This pandemic has so far claimed 86,592 lives in Iran, up in 201 in the last 24 hours, the Iranian Ministry of Health and medical education said in a briefing published on its official website.
As many as 3,086,017 people have recovered from illness or removed from hospitals throughout the country, while 4,064 remained in the intensive care unit, the ministry said.
This report added that 24,819,290 tests so far carried out throughout the country.
On Thursday, 5,507,841 people received an initial dose of Covid-19 vaccine in this country, while 2,219,693 had taken two doses.
