Nagpur: Special CBI Court on Wednesday bear guarantees to the central train mechanical engineer Senior Division Akhilesh Choubey.
The judge asked him to attend the CBI office every Wednesday.
The applicant was arrested by the CBI Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in the alleged false complaints by Mangesh Kharahe, the owner of the tour and Shree Ashu trip.
He was accused of taking advantage to pass RS1.73 Lakh’s bill from the complainant.
After his arrest, he was returned to detention two days.
Through his advice Shrerang Bhandarkar assisted by Saurabh Bhende, the Petitioner argues that he is a hard worker and excellent employees of the central train, getting recognition in the field of engineering and innovation.
He was part of the team that found the ‘Ustad’ robot – which proved very useful for CR – without filling a cent, they claimed.
He was also made of innovation and has been recognized by the Indian train.
