Jaipur: A 25-year-old woman was killed in her room where she lived as a tenant in the Pratap Nagar area in the city on Thursday.
A suspicious teenager rushed into the building about 30 minutes before the murder occurred.
Seema Meena, a resident of Mandawari Village, Dausa, lived in the Sharma colony with his safe brother Meena.
During the day, one of the other tenants of the building found blood flowing out of his room and spilling to the gallery.
The tenant warned the owner about the incident and told the Pratap Nagar police station.
There are at least two injuries, one behind his neck, right above the ear.
Another wound is on his head.
Wounds showed murder with sharp weapons.
The state of the crime shows that the killer may be an acquaintance, not intruders because there are no signs of the struggle reported.
Pratap Nagar Police Station Sho Shri Mohan Meneena said that Seema worked in a private company in Jaipur.
His parents and relatives arrived here on Thursday night.
Seema’s sister safely said that her sister lived with her in a rented room.
He had gone to work around 8am and was told about the incident at 12:30 a.m., Meena said.
He said that both of them worked in various private companies in the city.
“He went to work while Seema was present in the room when the defendant killed him.” Resources in the city police said they checked the detailed record of Seema phone calls along with the nearest CCTV area.
Seema 201 room number is located on the first floor of the house, right in front of the stairs.
On the left side of his room is a hall with several other rooms where other tenants live.
The police did not confirm whether Seema had cried for assistance when the defendant attacked him.
The work for the construction of Borewell was underway at home because some homeowners sat outside on the terrace.
“Landlord said that they had seen a young man in a hurry entering the building, when they asked him, the young men said he came to give some items to one of the tenants,” a police officer said.
