Bihar: 75-year-old shot dead near Bihta

Patna: Unknown criminals were shot dead by parents for allegedly against the Dakoitas in his home in the village of Museju under the police station Bihta in West Patna around 2am on Saturday.
Only the deceased, RAM Prasad Singh (75), and his wife Shakuntala Devi was in their home.
Police said the jewelry was worth around RS1 Lakh and RS5,000 looted.
The sniffer dog is pressed to the service in the morning, but the police cannot make a breakthrough in this case.
The source said at least seven to eight hospitality fell into Singh’s house and looted cash and ornaments before killing him.
Then, they also tried Dakoity at a neighbor’s house, but failed.
Police sources said Singh had arrested one of the dacoits after he was shot in the chest, killing him in place.
Police Station Bihta Sho Atulesh Kumar Singh said there was no empty cartridge found from the place.
“Only Singh and his wife were at home.
He told the police that four unidentified people had broken into their homes between 12 midnight and 2 in the morning,” he said.
Sho said the woman was surprising and extreme sadness because she could not give the right description of the incident to the police.
Danapur Sdpo Vineet Kumar said the police were investigating cases from the corner of the Dako-Dakun House and from the murder of personal hostility as well.
“There was no such incident that happened there in the past.
So, we are also investigating if someone has hostility with Singh and deliberately comes to kill him by trying to give the impression that it is the case of dacoity,” said SDO.
Kumar said the deceased was a farmer with a humble background and his financial situation was not in such a way that the Dacoit would target his house.
