Patna: Two young men were sent to a long time in Buxar on Sunday for allegedly raping a gang of a 22-year-old woman who was pregnant after barges domestically and took hostage.
The defendant had been identified as Chauhan, around 20 years old, and Lalji Chauhan, around 19 years old.
Both were produced in front of the court by the police to continue to be imprisoned after being arrested.
The police said that the incident took place in a village under the Mufassil police station in Buxar between midnight until 1 morning on Saturday.
They said that only the woman was with two of her children – a son and a daughter – both of them were under four years old, were at home when the incident happened.
The police said that it was a sustainable cry of the two children who warned the neighbors after being accused of escaping from the place.
FIR in connection with the incident has been registered at the Women’s Police Station in Buxar.
The Women’s Police Station Sho Nitu Priya said that it was a goal that committed a crime while Lalji continued to hug him closely after choking so he could not shout.
“The main entrance of his house is open because of summer.
Taking advantage of this, both shady inside,” he said.
Sho said that women’s medical examinations were finished.
“His health is normal today.
Only from medical reports, can be known how many months of pregnancy,” said Sho.
He said that the victim lived alone in the village.
“Her husband worked in a private factory in Bengaluru.
He had been told about the incident,” he said.
When asked whether the two defendants were used to harass the woman often because she was alone, Sho said that it was part of the investigation and could not be disclosed.
Aware of DSP Gorakh Ram said that the woman had not mentioned anything in the fir because she was harassed or ridiculed by the defendant in the past.
“He had never reported such an effort to the police before.
After being investigated, it would be clear that if both teenagers had tried sexual attacks in the past also took advantage of the situation he lived alone,” DSP added.
