New Delhi: Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar on Sunday said Pakistan had been included in the gray list of Global Watchdog Fatf-Financing because of the efforts made by the Modi government.
FATF continues to guard Pakistan in the ‘increasing monitoring list’ because of the last failure to do enough towards the designated terrorists.
He was also quoted as saying that India has provided Chinese “appropriate replies” for “violations” on the LAC.
Overcoming the training program for BJP leaders, he said, and JEM terrorists were sanctioned by the United Nations due to Indian efforts.
“Fatf maintains funding for terrorism and dealing with terrorism that supports black money.
Because we, Pakistan is under the Lens of Fatf and stored in the gray list.
We have succeeded in pressing Pakistan and the fact that Pakistani behavior has changed due to the pressure entered by India through various steps, “Jaishankar said as quoted by Ani.
