Meanwhile, Raj Kundra has been sent to detention until July 23, along with Ryan Tharp, who has also been arrested in the same case on Tuesday morning.
On Monday, Raj Kundra was arrested in alleged pornographic cases examined since February.
The name Raj Kundra appeared in the probe after the property cell found the involvement of the British production company, Kenrin, whose executive, Umesh Kamsat was arrested by the police.
He was a former employee of Raj Kundra and was accused of uploading at least eight “pornographic and obscene videos” taken by Gehna Vasisth on social media applications for monetary considerations.
Post Raj Kundrra’s Arrest on Monday, Police Commissioner Mumbai, Hemant Nagrrale has confirmed in a statement, “There was a case listed at Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 concerning the creation of pornographic films and published it through several applications.
We have arrested Mr Raj Kundra In this case on 7/19/21 because he seemed to be the main conspirator of this.
