Shilpa Shetty’s husband Kundra was arrested by Mumbai police on the night of July 19 in the case of pornography.
Officers previously confirmed that he became a ‘key conspirator’ in this case.
He has been sent to the guard in the sun until July 23, along with Ryan Tharp, who was also arrested in the same case, from the Nerul area on Tuesday morning.
Immediately after the arrest of Raj, Mumbai police investigated if there was involvement by his wife Shilpa in this case.
So far, police officials have not found evidence about it.
Commissioner with the police (crime), Milind Bharambe shared in a statement, “We have not been able to find an active role (from Shilpa Shetty).
We are investigating.
We will appeal to the victims to advance and contact the Mumbai crime branch and we will take action appropriate.
”
Meanwhile, the latest report shows that Raj Kundra aka Ripu Sudan Kundra is registered as a director of nine companies.
He is Director of Shilpa Yog Private Limited, knows for the actress name, but Shetty is not the director.
Other companies where Kundra is registered as Director includes the work of the Synematic Media, Bastian Hospitality, Kundra Construction, J.L.
Stream, Aqua energy drinks, Vian industry, overall and their personal personal media and Clearcom.
Shilpa is registered as a director in 23 companies.
He has been the director of several companies in the past, which has been hit from rolls now.
Post Raj’s Arrest, Police Commissioner Mumbai, Hemant Nagrery has confirmed in a statement, “There was a case listed at Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 concerning the creation of pornographic films and published it through several applications.
We have arrested Mr Raj Kundra in the case in 19 / 7/200 because it seems to be the main conspirator of this.
”
