Mumbai’s crime branch has extensively investigated the involvement of Raj Kundrra in a pornographic production case, while he was in police custody.
In recent developments, some new accusations have been leveled towards Raj Kundra.
According to the middle of the day, Arvind Srivastava aka Yash Thakur, who was accused of escaping and named after a racket kingpin in March, has sent an email to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in the same month, accusing Sugayar Pay Kundra from Rs 25 Lakh to Branch Crime crime.
Yash accused Raj Kundra did the same thing to avoid arrest in this case.
ACB reportedly reported it to the Mumbai police chief office in April and city officers refused to comment on the same thing.

Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 because of his alleged role in the production of pornographic films, he was sent to police custody until July 23.
The crime branch has raided his house and had recovered 70 videos shot by former PA Umesh Kamdra with the help of a different production house.
According to Toi, the police have stated that Raj Kundra did not express much during the question.
Post Raj Kundrra’s Crest, Kundra’s lawyer objected to the application of the Part 67A from the Information Technology Act when sending obscene content in electronic form along with other parts with regard to pornography because this law considers “sexual relations” as porn and the rest is called Vulgar content.
The lawyer then said that the police followed what the web functions today – vulgar content.
However, it is not classified as porn.
