Mumbai: Twelve BJP MLA which was suspended during the two-day Monsun session had recently approached the Supreme Court against the decision of the Jadhav Bhaskar speaker to suspend them, MLA had submitted a request to Writ in group four who requested a speaker resolution to be set aside.
And in the interim suspended suspension order.
The petition has not been received.
MLA Yogesh Sagar said the speaker had made a decision to suspend them without giving them the opportunity to be heard.
“Before the start of the session of all our constitutional weapons to improve the people’s problems suspended such as question and answer hours, calling the attention movement, short questions, etc.
Opposition leaders are not allowed to speak at home and there is only one party discussion,” he said.
Ask why they approached the Supreme Court directly, MLA and former Minister of School Education Ashish Shelar said it was the right forum.
