New Delhi: Lt Anil Baijal Governor On Thursday wrote to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia refused as “unfounded, lacking facts and evidence” the last accusation he held a meeting with bureaucrats and ordered them about the works of the elected government in Delhi.
