Karur: Karur Regency Administration has sought public assistance to track members of a woman who suffer from learning difficulties saved after being held.
The woman was found hanging around near the VNC gasoline bunk in Karur on Thursday morning, and the public called Helpline (181) the Office of the Social Welfare Office (OSC).
Meanwhile, DR T Prabhuskar District collector also received a warning.
Acting on the district collector’s instructions, the OSC team rushed to the place mentioned in the warning.
However, the team could not find it.
Then, the team found it in Gandhigram – Puliyur stretched and saved him.
The woman said her name was Dhanabackiyam.
He said he was a widow.
He is around 60 years old.
The woman told them that her daughter Anitha and granddaughter Keerthana lived in Vengmedu the team took her to Vengmedu.
But the residents cannot identify him.
He was taken to Anbu Karangal’s house before shifting him to the Medical College Government in Karur.
