Thiruvananthapuram: Head of Pinarayi Vijayan Minister has condemned the attack by student organizations against the exam done by technology universities.
He said organizations students should not be involved in political actions that are so cheap when the government ensures all protocols to conduct examinations.
Kerala Student Union Activist (KSU) has broken into the College of Engineering in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday morning before the start of the BTECH third semester exam and has thrown a question paper.
KSU urges students to boycott the exam.
Then, college authorities canceled the exam.
The minister’s chairman said the government had succeeded in carrying out various tests in the midst of the first and second waves ensuring all Covid protocols.
The state has become a role model in this case by conducting the test without possibility.
The government has tried not to cancel the test directly from the start of the pandemic.
The government is in its efforts to make the function of all educational institutions return to normal.
Therefore, the action by student organizations will only endanger the government’s efforts to have a smooth academic session, he added.
