Nagpur: In a strange decision, the Maharashtra Board of Indian medicines (MCIM), accepting that it cannot provide a permanent registration certificate printed to Doctor Ayurveda, has asked medical practitioners to get the temporary certificate of being self-printed by confirming their credentials on the website , Now, doctors have asked questions about this computerized certificate mold validity which will not have a digital or physical signature, stamp, seal, stem code, or other security features.
According to them, the shaman can easily mimic the mold like that and continue their training.
Toi Nagpur, on June 20, has raised the issue of Ayurveda doctors who are waiting for their registration updates from 2019.
At that time, MCIM officials had accepted that there was a delay in the distribution of certificates for technical reasons.
However, in July the first week, MCIM appeared with a unique notification where he asked for more than 20,000 doctors like that, which is still to get an update certificate and registration in physical format, to enter the MCIM website and get their certificate printed.
, “Confirm your credentials such as birth date, date of registration and registration number and get the print results permanent registration certificate,” read the notification issued by the McIM Du Wange registrar.
Notification does not mention when MCIM will provide a physical certificate to the doctor.
Registration with MCIM is very important for Doctors Ayurveda to prove their authenticity.
Certificates with security features must also stop shamanism, especially in the countryside of Maharashtra.
MCIM has started a registration update journey and issued a permanent certificate to a doctor in 2019 with the same purpose, but the recent notification has ended the only drive goal, saying the doctor attached to the National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA), Maharashtra.
“If the print-out taken at home can be accepted as a permanent registration certificate, every shaman in any part of the country can take such a mold and continue with the apartment,” said Dr.
Shubham Bobde, President forum Nima.
“This mold is just information about the doctor, the qualifications etc.
There is no official signature of McIM, or seal, or barcode is there to authentinya.
Validity is also not mentioned above it.
What is the use of the certificate when we pay a large RS2,000 for registration This? “Asked Dr.
Bobde.
Interestingly, MCIM has increased the cost of registration updates from RS50 to RS2,000 in 2019.
“We have written to the state government in this matter,” said Dr.
Mohan Yende, Nima State Coordinator.
