Patna: Aafreen Tahir of the St Xavier High School (SXHS) is in Cloud Nine after scoring 99.6% in the X class X exam, the results are stated by the council for the inspection of the Indian School Certificate (Cisce) on Saturday.
He got 100 perfect in mathematics, social studies and computer science, respectively 99 in English and Hindi and 96 in science.
Aafreen, who wants to be a doctor, told this reporter that he did not expect to perform well even if “I am always good at learning”.
“Schools allocate US signs based on our performance in class IX and X,” he said.
Another SXHS student, Shivam Raj, who scored 99.6%, had begun to prepare for the entrance exam together and aspiring to become an engineer.
He said, “I am happy with my signs, but will be more satisfied if I have written a test.
I think it’s a little unfair to share signs to students without making them write a test.” With 99% value, Don Bosco Academy’s Shashank Kumar Dream of becoming a doctor and serving the community.
He said, “I have joined the training center and worked hard to solve the national-cum-entrance (NEET) feasibility test.” Thanking Cisce for not carrying out class X exams in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, Shasshank remembered, “During the second wave, Covid claimed a lot of life and infected a large number of people.” Meanwhile, Nishidha Nidhi, class XII (ISC) students of SMA-BankiPore St.
Joseph, scored 100 each in mathematics, physics and biology, 99 in English and 97 in chemistry.
He, however, shows that the exam should be done despite the pandemic.
“I will always think that I secure these signs based on what I have done in my previous class and not based on what I can do in class XII,” he added.
Speaking of a pandemic, Nishidha said, “Having taken victims of the mental health of thousands of children who were locked up in the four walls of their homes and continued to stare at the computer screen for hours.
They did not witness the development at all.” Nishidha, who is also preparing for the NEET , has decided to study BSC at Delhi University “if I failed to break the test”.
Shina Noor School Carmel High School, a student of art who gets 99% in the ISC exam, wants to explore the field of journalism or become a civil servant.
“Even though there are many choices to choose from, I’m sure I will explore different fields and make appropriate decisions,” he said.
