Panaji: People accept the pause of gloomy weather when the sun shines on Sunday after almost two weeks of heavy rain.
The low-pressure weather area system has shifted to Madhya Pradesh because there will be a significant impact on Goa, said the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD).
“Even though there was a spell of rain occasionally, it was still brighter and the temperature was two to three degrees higher than the rowing conditions last week.
This weather will continue for several days,” said IMD scientist Rahul M.
However, there was a offshore flowing from Karnataka to Kerala, which can spread to Maharashtra-Goa coast.
This can bring some insulated heavy rainfall above Goa.
There is a low pressure area that is expected to form above the northern bay of Bengal on July 28.
“The location of this low pressure area will determine how rainfall activities will increase after July 28,” Rahul said.
There are initial indications that this weather system might not have a significant impact as a previous low pressure area, he said.
So far, the day arranged in accordance with the average rainfall of the state is July 18, with 132.9mm rainfall accepted within 24 hours.
