Jaipur: RTDC has rented Jai Samand Hotel, a 12-room inheritance property on the shores of Lake Jai Samand, at a cost of rs 10,000 per month breaking several norms that are arranged.
Jaisamand Hotel is one of four property companies that are rented into symbol destinations at a cost of 10,000 a month.
In addition to located on the edge of the lake, the Hotel Jai Samand area comes under the forest area.
The construction of a swimming pool at the hotel by tenants who violated the norm had attracted the anger of various departments concerned and the district administration.
Udaipur District Collector, Water Resources Department, Commissioner of the Udaipur Division and the Ministry of Forestry has been written to the RTDC implementing director to explain the basis of what the pool construction takes place.
According to the MoU, the lack of cannot change the basic structure of the hotel with new construction.
