New Delhi: Hernando County Deputy on Monday took custiding after a “active shooter” situation at the Biospine Institute in Brooksville.
In a press release, the Sheriff’s office believes that there is no danger for the public again.
The shooting took place around 10:30 a.m.
The Emergency Communication Center Office of the Sheriff was warned immediately, and at least 30 representatives arrived in a few minutes in place.
They found the suspect behind the building and took him to detention.
The investigator said that the suspect entered the building and shot a victim of a woman, who was flown to the hospital as a warning of trauma and currently in critical condition.
They also believe that suspects and victims are known to each other.
They added that the suspect was also shot at several points and transported to the hospital on the ground.
He is currently in a preserved condition.
Researchers interviewed witnesses, doctors and nurses and were processing scenes for physical evidence.
