Ahead of the Raj Kundra hearing in the Bombay High Court challenged the police detention and seeks a guarantee, a report stated that the businessman seemed to anticipate his arrest.
Ani news agency reported that the husband of actress Shilpa Shetty, anticipated his arrest after Mumbai police took nine people to detention relating to the creation and distribution of pornography.

They added that the police also investigated whether the money obtained from the application was being invested in Bitcoin.
The Bombay High Court will hear Kundrra’s request challenging police prisoners and seeking guarantees today, with respect to pornographic racquets.

His police arrest in this case ended today.
Kundra, 45, was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films.
Ahead of HC hearing, the court session on Monday extended temporary assistance from the arrest in this case.
