New Delhi: A 36-year-old businessman, along with his colleagues, was arrested at Mundka for allegedly selling duplicate Icine Oil, police said on Tuesday.
Before the Covid pandemic, the entrepreneur, identified as Vishi, was used to sell oil to Delhi factory-based factories, but because of the Kuncian, he said losses in his business, they said.
To redeem the loss, he began selling duplicate engine oil where he received a handsome profit.
The Entrepreneurs Association of Kishore Kumar Singh is used to print stickers like branded products.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Parvinder Singh said the investigation was carried out when Representative Castrol India Limited reported this problem.
Based on complaints, the two people accused of being arrested.
The police claimed to have restored 820 bottles of oil and 18,667 duplicate stickers from Vishi’s place in Swarn Park.
