Letter: Police arrested four people who had two states made and 14 cartridges.
Police arrested Ashok Beldar, Hemraj Patil, Rupesh aka Balaji Patil and Sandip aka Gavthi Kumavat from near Vedchha Patiya in Kadodara Road who said that firearms were brought from Madhya Pradesh.
Firearms are intended for a friend of Gangster Slain Surya Marathi, who wants this to take revenge for the attack recently.
The restored gun is worth Rs 20,000, while 14 cartridges are worth RS 700, police said, adding that the knife and punch also recovered from the defendant.
Violations are registered at the Puna Police Station.
Accused of carrying weapons from Pradipshanh Patwa on Jalan Raya Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh.
They sold it to Rupesh and Kumavat when the police arrested them.
Further questions revealed that several accusers involved in the gangster murder had attacked Rupesh in the past.
