Police Mumbai on Tuesday inspired fires after another woman’s actor filed a complaint accusing that he was forced to shoot porn for the hotshot of the Kundra controversial application.
While the company’s producer and actress Gehana Vasisth have been ordered, not mentioned Raj Kundra in FIR.
The latter is in a guarantee in connection with pornographic cases submitted against Kundra.
According to reports, this case will now be transferred to property cells to investigate.

Raj Kundra appeared in front of the court on July 27 where the crime of Mumbai told the judge’s court that they had found the details of the controversial hotshots applications and payments from cellphones and MacBook Chats between Kundra and business partners Ryan Thorpe.
The police added that Kundra obtained at least Rs 1.17 Crore between August and December last year from its production business and online distribution of pornographic films.

Police Mumbai, in the hearing of the previous court, reportedly claimed that Kundrra had a plan to sell 119 adult films to someone for USD 1.2 million.
Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 for allegedly making porn and published it on certain cellular applications, including hotshots.
The Bombay High Court on July 27 refused to provide urgent assistance to Kundrara and released it to 14-day trial detention.
Justice A Gadkari reportedly directed the police to submit their reply on July 29 in response to the petition submitted by Kundra challenging his arrest.
Raj’s lawyer argued that the police failed to follow the procedure.
They should first issue a notice to him, asking him to attend the statement, instead of arresting him directly, suggesting Ponda and Jadhav said.
