Tokyo: Stefanos Greece Tsitipas slid to defeat 2-6, 7-6 (7/4), 6-2 to Frenchman Ugo Humbert in the third round of Tokyo Olympics Wednesday Wednesday.
The third seed tsitipas requires a medical deadline for injury to his right foot at the end of the second set.
He appeared in control after breaking up twice to take the first set but Humbert ranked 28th attaching a tie-break to force the third set.
Humbert then jumped a double break in front of 5-1 and changed his fourth point point to order the quarter-finals with Russian Karen Khachhanov.
