Lucknow: Heavy rainfall on Tuesday afternoon brought help from hot and leaving several areas in the city flooded the ankle into deep water.
The total rainfall of 57.4mm was recorded starting at 16:00 to 5pm at the Observatory Met on Amusi.
Heavy rain was followed by intermittent drizzle until late at night.
Similar conditions are expected on Wednesday.
That night was warm with a minimum temperature of 27.7 degrees Celsius, around two units above normal.
It was more careful with a maximum temperature at 33.6 degrees Celsius, the title above normal.
However, Mercury fell about five degrees as soon as it rained, made the weather pleasant.
Rain also led to airlogging in more than two dozen areas, including Hazratganj, Mahanagar, Indiranagar, Gomtinagar, Lda Colony, Aashiana, Aliganj and the parts of the old city.
Light rain until moderately expected on Wednesday too.
