Zuckerberg during the company’s quarterly income calls said that “the video now contributes almost half of all the time spent on Facebook.” Meanwhile, on Instagram rolls is “the biggest contributor to the growth of involvement.” Zuckerberg always said that all Facebook platforms will be ‘one’, in the sense that they will share features and drive involvement.
The impact of scrolls seems to be on Facebook because the video is what users have consumed on the platform.
