Thane: The Kapurbawdi authorities violated an’e-pass in 2 periods’ racket and arrested two men like a travel representative for issuing fake moves to over 50 individuals. The detained are recognized as Hiten Kukadiya, also a traveling representative and Vikas Mhaske. A message with contact information has been doing the rounds which E-pass will likely be issued over 2 hours in the expense of Rs 4,000 each individual. The authorities later readied a decoy to nab them. The accused requested for a fitness certification and Aadhar card also told to pay Rs 2,500, the authorities said. In moments, the decoy obtained e-pass. The cops attained Kukadiya and nabbed him. Additional probe directed them to Mhaske that had been detained too. — Nishikant Karlikar
