Thiruvananthapuram: List of rating of the state public commission for the last class servant, which is scheduled to end on August 4, has been extended until September 29 by the Administrative Court.
The court issued a temporary order on Thursday while considering the petition from the rank holder looking for a three-month extension to the ranking list validity.
The government has explained in the assembly that the ranking list will not be extended because the vacancies in all departments have been reported to the PSC of the State.
The ranking holder begged before the court which was due to the situation of the pandemic and limitation of locking, many people had not received the suggestion and the government had not carried out the appointment procedure in several departments.
Validity of the list until June, extended until August 4 after the strike was carried out by ranking holders before the Secretariat.
The government has stated it will not extend the validity of further lists.
The ranking holder told the court that after writing the PSC exam, many rank ranks were prepared after year one and-Ahalf.
When Validiy rank ranking ends, a one-year minimum period is needed to prepare the next ranking list.
Therefore, during this period there will be ‘freezing indirect promises’ in the state.
