Sameer Palteher, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court on Friday rejected the request for assurance.
Dr.
Paltewar has been ordered in a case of fraud that lodged against it by another director Ganesh Chakkarwar.
“It was conveyed that the Applicant remained uncooperative during the temporary protection period, as well as the court about this achievement has rejected this application,” Joshi Vinay’s justice said.
The judge, however, extended temporary protection given to him on March 17 for three weeks to enable him to approach the Supreme Court.
