Gurgaon: Four foreigners, including a woman, was arrested on Friday because it was too high after their visa and passport had expired.
According to the police, the four came from countries in North Africa.
They were arrested from a house in Jharsa during a search carried out by the Flying Minister’s Minister of Chief.
They were identified as Jabir Abdalla Jabir Braya, Hussain Ahmad Nasar Adam, and Abdelrazic Adam Mohamad existed, all of which came from Sudan.
Rahima Wako Galgalo, the fourth person arrested, is from Kenya.
The four have come to India between 2016 and 2018 about students and tourist visas but is excessive here.
They worked with a prominent hospital in the city as an intermediary.
They will guide patients from African countries to hospitals for care.
The owner of the house, where the fourth stay, was identified as Harvinder Singh Thakran.
He was ordered because he did not tell the police about them before giving a rental house.
Singh also did not complete the police verification.
Cases under Section 14A, 14B and 14C of foreign laws and section 12 (1A) of passport laws registered at the conscious police station on Friday.
The DSP from the Flying Team, Inderjeet Yadav, said four had taken the second floor of a rented house.
The police searched for the place after getting information about the illegal stay of foreigners.
Haryana Polda has told the North African and central intelligence agencies and their respective embassies about arrest.
Investigation is ongoing.
