Hyderabad: Justice T Amarnath Good from the Telangana High Court has sentenced six officers in the case of insults and punishes their prison for six months with each penalty of Rs 2,000.
The judge sentenced IAS officers – a Santha Kumari (Secretary of the Head of the Special Environment and Forest) and D Amoy Kumar (Rangeddy District Collector) – and IFS officers – R Shobha (Principal of Forest) and Sunita M Bhagwat – and together with Janakiram Division Forest Officers And additional collectors and forest settlement officers S Tirupati Rao in this case and impose terms and prison sentences to them.
The judge distributed punishment for violating court orders in the land case in the Rangiteddy district.
Judge distributed sentences under the insults of the court to violate the court order issued in connection with 383 hectares of land owned by Mohammed Sirajuddin and nine others from Mandal Maharam in the Rangiteddy district.
The land tried to convert into a reserve forest by destroying their property owners.
Apart from the advice of forest settlements that the action of income and forest officials is not feasible and even though it gets a court order to obtain the land or return the same as the owner, officials have failed to invite the insults of the court.
