Jammu: Institute of India Management (IIM) JAMMU will begin the Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) in the teaching and research methods in online mode starting August 2-6.
A spokesman IIM said, “Two hundred teachers and research scholars represent 189 different universities and institutions, from more than 25 states and workers’ union areas in India, with an average ten-year work experience participating in this FDP.”

This is being carried out under the Online Faculty Development Program scheme 2021-2022 from the Training Academy Aicte Learning (Atal).

“The aim of Atal Academy is planning and assisting in providing technical education in this country and in fostering research, innovation, and entrepreneurship through training in various developing regions, official spokesman added.
He said, “Last year, even in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, Academy Atlar has organized around 1000 FDPs in online mode, and about one member of the Faculty of Lakh and the research scholar participated.”
“FDPS online last year (2020-21) organized by Atal Academy has also been recognized as a world record by The World Book of Records, London.”
A spokesman said, “IIM experts will also teach how to conceptualize research papers, prepare research proposals, and different research methods while special sessions on mental & emotional development will also be carried out to familiarize themselves with holistic development equipment.”
