Patna: Patna and most other places in the state of receiving moderate rain on Saturday and India Department of Meteorology (IMD) has expected extensive rainfall in the state until 4.
August has also issued a yellow warning for storms accompanied by lightning in place -The place is isolated in the state on Sunday and Monday.
Heavy rainfall has been predicted because places are isolated on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The yellow warning by IMD means the authorities must be alert to extreme weather conditions.
An official at the Patna Meteorological Center said on Saturday that mild rainfall was being witnessed in most places in the state in the last 24 hours.
He added one or two places in the southern part of the country and southwest of the country received heavy rainfall too.
The official said the less marked low-pressure area was located in the southwestern Bihar and regions side by side along with the circulation of related cyclones, which would likely move to the west for the next two days.
The rainy season of the rainy season also passed from Ganganagar to West Teluk North-Western Via South Bihar.
“As a result of the weather system in the region, most places in the western part of the country tend to accept moderate rainfall and one or two places in southern Bihar heavy rainfall for the next 24 hours.
Mild rainfall to moderately expected in other circumstances,” said the official.
He added that wind is also expected to blow an average speed of 20-30kmph in several places in South Bihar.
The state has received a 19% surplus rainfall until now the Monsun.
According to the data available on the IMD website, Bihar has received 613.1mm rainfall from June 1 to 31 to normal rainfall of 516.7mm during the same period.
Officials at the Patna Meteorological Center said 14 of the 38 districts in the country have received 20% or above the normal rainfall so far, 22 normal rainfall districts (+/- 19%) and only two districts who have received rainfall more than 20 %.
