Central Railway gets a new general manager

Mumbai: Anil Kumar Lahoti has taken over as a new general manager of Central Railway (CR).
Before joining as GM, he was a head of Administration (Construction), North Railway.
He is a 1984 Indian batch train service from engineers (IRSE) with master engineering (structure) of IIT ROORKEE.
“Lahoot joined the train center and worked in various capacities on the Nagpur, Jabalpur and Bhusaval division and at CR headquarters from 1988 to 2001.
He also worked as officers about special tasks for Member Engineering, Railroad Council, North, North Train API; Executive Director (Track Machines), railroadboard and as North Railway North Chiefers.
“He has played an important role in planning the development of New Delhi Station as a world-class station including land and air development.
The space and development of the public-private partnership model, “said CR Shivaji Sutar spokesman.” He has also planned and built a new direction terminal in Delhi in Anand Vihar for Delhi Dekongest and the development of the iconic second entry to New Station to New Delhi, “he added.
He has run several infrastructure projects from the new path, doubling and renovating doubles.
He Have traveled to the United States, Germany, England, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, China on various official assignments.
