The girl from the girl accompanied by hundreds of locals held protests near the scene in the old Nangal area in Southwest Delhi, demanding a death sentence to be accused.
The girl lived with her parents in a rented house in front of a crematorium.
On Sunday around 5.3 in the afternoon he went to get cold water from the cooler in the crematorium after telling his mother, his parents said.
Around 6pm, the priest of the crematorium, Radhey Shyam, and two other people, known as the girl, called him there and showed his daughter’s body claiming that he was stung by the cooler.
There was a sign of burning between left wrists and elbows, and his lips were also blue, according to the police.
Allegedly the priests and the others prevented his mother from making PCR calls, said the police would make the case out from him and during post-mortem, the doctor would steal the girl’s organs, so it was better to imprecitate it.
The police on Monday said that based on the statement of the victim’s mother, the accusation of rape was added to FIR.
Four people, including Imam, have been arrested.
