JAIPUR: The division bench of the high court has quashed the only chair order requesting the authorities to create a state-wise merit record rather than separate merit listings for various districts for recruitment of constables, 2019. The authorities had appealed from the only chair order. The division bench of this court today quashed and set apart the only seat arrangement, clearing the way for constable recruitment. Advocate overall M S Singhvi looking for the government contended that every district has been handled as a component for the support of constable and it’s nota state-level support. The appointment jurisdiction in every area is the district superintendent of police (SP). He contended that the state-level examination was held to the ease of the candidates and also for keeping a few uniformity. He explained from the application form additionally, the applicants were asked to get their selection of district such as postings. Singhvi remarked that the Supreme Court had held the constables and head constables appointment be created in the district level and also the only bench order is against the apex court order. The only seat of the court had issued the purchase price of district-wise honor appointment and list based on a single merit record on a request from Jaheer Ahamad. The petitioner stated the choice for the post of constable has been accomplished by issuing a frequent ad for many districts.
