Panaji: Criticizing the Chief Minister of Goa Pramod Sawant to rush through 22 bills during the recent legislative assembly session, the AICC table responsible for Goa Dinesh Gundu Rao said that Sawant had to overthrow the assembly session to discuss the bill or stopped the bill until they could Checked by a particular committee.
