Nagpur: Special Court for Children’s Protection of Sexual Act (Pocso), 2012, has sentenced a man for ten years in prison for sexual striker a five-year-old girl in 2018.
Additional session with Judge Kg Rathi found Defendant Bhimrao Bharaskar is guilty under the Section 6 Pocso Act 6, which is similar to part 376 (rape) IPC, along with part 235 criminal procedure code (CRPC) and also slapped the fine of RS2,000 to him.
While giving an operating order, the judge gave him departing for a period that had been experienced by him as detention below July 27, 2018, when he was arrested.

When her husband returned home, the complainant narrated all the incidents to him and both of them took their daughter to the nearest doctor, who told them that the defendant had tried to put his finger in his personal part of the bleeding.
The mother then immediately moved the Kotwali police station and filed a complaint.
