Mumbai: Special NDPS Court on Thursday rejected the Anticipatory Guarantee Applicant from the Celebrity Manager of Karishma Prakash in the case of drug cases being investigated in connection with the death of the actor Singh Rajput.
A former manager of Deepika Padukone, Prakash had sought a guarantee of around nine months ago, on October 31.
After the order was spoken, after the request submitted by the defense, the court gave a period of stay on August 25.
The defense delivered by the temporary protection was given to Prakash by the court during the suffering of the application and what needed to be continued to enable it to approach the Bombay High Court against the order.
Defense seeks continuation of temporary protection for four weeks.
The Special Community Prosecutor Atul Sarpande opposes the application for the continuation of temporary protection on the grounds that Prakash is not entitled to concessions in his behavior during the suffering of anticipatory assurance applicants.
He also proposed that it would not be allowed for the court to continue temporary protection after anticipatory bail application was rejected.

[T] He applicant (Prakash) seeks the continuation of temporary protection to approach the Hon’ble High Court and will be in the wisdom of this court to continue protection for a reasonable period.
In the above view, temporary protection given to The applicant will continue until August 25, 2021, “said the court.
Special Judge V V Vidwans said that basically Prakash was directed to attend the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) once a week for the purpose of the investigation.
The NDPS court specifically determines that Prakash must provide a cellphone number and address to NCB if there is a change.
NCB has ordered Prakash after allegedly found 1.7G Hashish at his Versova house.
NCB officials allegedly also capture three bottles of CBD or cannabidiol oil, which have traces of marijuana.
Prakash denied that he had consumed drugs.
Sarpande opposed his request.
NCB accused that during the suspected peddler cellphone examination, several links were found with Prakash.
NCB has investigated a series of cases involving celebrities and drug sellers.
This probe was triggered by an investigation into the corner of the drug related to the alleged suicide of Rajput on June 14, 2020.
